When hl3dm comes out?

so i think before hl3dm came up
there will be an ep3
and then after some more never ending years of f+++kin waiting
maybe hl3 an hl3dm will be born

i guess till it comes out i dont play anymore. Ep3 is next, thats sure. Somewhere i read it some days ago.
And if hl3 comes out, hopefully dm will be inside the pack. In hl2 it was not an offical valve release or? Heared it was made by one of them in private time. But maybe its only blabla.
i think it will be in stores not before 2013 or 2014. time is passing by very fast and if in 2011 comes ep3, than it takes minimum 2 years or more till hl3.
